Coverage: 29 active published awards; 28 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe requirements for this Framework require a UK Laboratory facility and the specialist skills and resources of the National Nuclear Laboratory, the Framework has been developed in line with these requirements in mind. Powders samples may be required for testing and are located at Sellafield Limited, and the NNL’s Central Laboratory facility on the site is the only location where appropriate samples can be obtained. NDA will engage NNL for the Laboratory Related and Research and Experimental Services. |
