The framework agreement will remain open and accessible to other educational and public sector institutions local to Canterbury (subject to discussion and negotiation with the successful Service Providers) throughout the duration of the contract with permission from the Lead Organisation.
Published description of the framework
The Service Provider will be contacted by the institution using this framework to check for availability for the journey requirements and a booking will follow by means of a Purchase Order confirming all journey requirements and dates of travel. Pricing shall be according to the agreed Price following the submission of a quotation. Further details are providing in Appendix 1 - Minibus Coach Framework User Guidance.
