What is being bought
The University of Birmingham wishes to enter into a contract for the service and maintenance of a FEI Talos TEM that will ensure that the relevant equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards. The overriding purpose and objective of the Contract is that the successful Contractor will work with the College to maintain the highest possible standards of reliability by operating an effective service, maintenance inspection and repair service, with contractually binding performance levels in order to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. The start date for this equipment maintenance contract must start from 01 July 2022 until 31 March 2023. Responses will only be accepted from suppliers that have been awarded a framework under the NWUPC High Value Laboratory Equipment Framework Agreement - Lot 3, referenced as LAB3123 NW. This project is funded by the European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF)
