- Description of the Services to be Provided:
This specialist testing and referral work must be undertaken by a recognised accredited laboratory to ensure that the testing is carried out to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Accreditation provides an assurance of the competence, impartiality and integrity of laboratories and plays a key part of maintaining public trust in the testing process.
The UKHSA is the sole provider for the specialist referral work that is sent.
