Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Maiden Erlegh Trust (MET) is a multi-academy trust of six schools in Berkshire and South Oxfordshire and is characterised by its mix of provision from large secondary (11-19 and 11-16) to primary, special schools and alternative provision.
The Trust also currently has two further Free Schools under development and in the pre-opening stage. Oak Tree School will be a 150-place special school located in Wokingham and is due to open in September 2022. River Academy will be a 1,500-place secondary school with sixth form and is due to open in September 2023. Both these schools are included in this MIS procurement.
It has been the desire of the Trust to move to a single, off-site/cloud-hosted MIS platform across all of its schools, and this was the purpose of this procurement. The Trust also recognises the importance of having the MIS as the 'Single Version of the Truth' in respect of pupil and staff records as the source of all identities across all systems within the Trust which, in conjunction with an automatic identity management tool should ensure seamless, automatic update processes wherever possible.
