Supporting and sustaining individual recovery. ? Enable individuals to build personal resilience to understand the factors that adversely affect their mental health. ? Help people to have as much control over their lives as possible. ? To improve health literacy and reduce health inequality. ? Promote health, wellbeing and self-care with a view to improving both mental and physical health care. ? Ensure a good quality of life i.e. greater ability to manage their own lives, stronger social relationships, a greater sense of purpose, the skills they need for living and working, improved chances in education, better employment rates and a suitable and stable place to live. ? Provides relapse prevention with a focus on well-being and coping skills. ? Provides pathways to positive engagement in the community including signposting to other services where needs are identified such as support to families, student population needs, employment support and local communities etc. ? Focus on recovery ?
