Published requirement description

We are appointing an advanced, multi-channel Marketing Automation Platform to deliver improved engagement and significant income uplift. The platform is able to intelligently and efficiently leverage our existing CRM data and respond dynamically to customer behaviours to facilitate personalised, persuasive and timely journeys.

The platform will:

  • Enhance and support our existing tech stack;
  • Have an off-the-shelf integration with the Tessitura database; or have it on the roadmap for launch within the next 4-5 months at a satisfactory phase;

The same platform offers a direct integration with our current e-commerce setup or equivalent solutions to leverage e-commerce customer/shop-front data and bridge the gap between our disparate systems, as well as demonstrate the flexibility to accommodate changes we may make to our e-commerce infrastructure.

We are appointing a supplier who is able to expedite and support migration onto their system over a 4-5 month window, providing a customized, comprehensive implementation programme and a sustained level of service to ensure success over the short and mid-term

  • How the procedure runs: The process comprises two linked elements within a single submission: • Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ): a series of Pass/Fail Conditions of Participation that Candidates must satisfy in order to be considered for this commission; and • Invitation to Tender (ITT): a scored technical and commercial tender submission for Candidates that meet the Pass/Fail requirements. The Pass/Fail section is intended to confirm that each Candidate meets the minimum requirements for participation in relation to legal standing, financial capacity, insurance and project-specific technical capability. The ITT is intended to test the quality of the proposed team, the Candidate's understanding of the Project and its technical context, the proposed approach to delivery of the services, and the commercial proposal. Clarification and demonstration interviews may be held with the 2 - 3 top scoring applicants

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
