Coverage: 175 active published awards; 175 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
East Ayrshire Council owns and operates 2 household waste recycling centres, one at Western Road, Kilmarnock and one at Garlaff, Cumnock. Both recycling centres offer many disposal and recycling options for our residents within East Ayrshire. We are continually looking for new and innovative ways to capture and recycling further items. We are considering a contract with a Service Provider who will 'buy' from the council previously collected wood, which the council will chip prior to uplift, for recycling. Current annual tonnage of wood recycled is 3300 tonnes of various grading.
