What is being bought
We are looking to the market to inform us about recommended best practice for Sports pitches and other irrigation systems. We will host this online team event at 14.00 for one-hour 24 July 2026 We intend to tender for the maintenance of our exiting system in Regents Park for annual maintenance and ad hoc maintenance for other sites at a later date. This is not a call to competition. Please note There is no intention for replacing the systems we currently use. We are interested in inspections and repair. However, are we would be interest in finding out more from suppliers about the following. Recommended best practice for sports pitches. •Irrigation controls •Moisture sensors •Sprinkler Performance •Uniformity of water Distribution Monitoring systems performance for •Water consumption (m3) •Irrigation run times. •Turf health and playing quality. •Maintenance costs We will be holding a team’s event and if you are interest, please respond and provide an email address. We are also interested in knowing your companies approach to the following. Please send the attached spreadsheet back •Water reduction use •Improved turf health and recovers •Consistency of playing surface •Reduced disease pressure from overwatering. •Lower operating and maintenance costs.
