Coverage: 28 active published awards; 27 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) would like to invite potential providers of Community Short Breaks for Disabled Children to join us as we share our service plans for April 2024, and to discuss the forthcoming re-commissioning process. OCC has a statutory duty to provide Short Breaks for Disabled Children, and they a vital part of the continuum of support available to disabled children, carers and families.
Short Breaks have two aims: to enable the child to participate in fun, interesting and safe activities; and to provide a break from caring for the parents/carers. We are hoping to engage with Providers that can offer a range of activities to meet these aims. We want to continue to provide opportunities for resilience building within families and provide variety and a choice of community short breaks, available to children and families in Oxfordshire.
