        "description": "NLWA currently receives information technology (IT) services provided by one of the seven north London borough councils, using the council's in-house digital services team and their contracts with suppliers, but we are considering whether to procure our own supplier(s) of managed IT services in the 2025/26 financial year.\nWe would welcome responses to inform our thinking prior to any potential procurement exercise by gaining feedback on:\n- the availability of solutions that may meet our requirements\n- how the scope of any future procurement may be packaged as a single contract or divided into multiple contracts\n- indicative costs\n- indicative timescales for migration\n- any risks we should be considering.\nOur requirements range across:\n- hardware and peripherals\n- mobile phones\n- networking\n- software and services\n- security\n- support\n- migration and onboarding.\nFurther information on our requirements is available in the RFI document, which you can download on our e-procurement portal, In-tend. Responses must be submitted no later than 17:00 (GMT) on 13 December 2024.\nShould you choose to respond to this RFI, NLWA will take on board your response and all other responses when shaping any future procurement for this project. No contract will be awarded in response to this RFI process.\nResponding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation, and will not give respondents any advantage, in a future procurement. You can request to be notified when any further RFI or tendering opportunity for this project is published and we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you."
