Published requirement descriptionNHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Procurement Services (hosted by Velindre NHS Trust) (“NWSSP”), on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (“CTMUHB”), has awarded a sole supplier contract following an Open Procedure conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
The contract has been awarded to Building Controls Maintenance Ltd for the provision of planned inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and emergency response services for Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated equipment installed across CTMUHB properties.
The contract covers 21 Health Board sites and includes the maintenance and support of critical Building Management Systems that control and monitor environmental conditions and associated building infrastructure. The successful supplier will provide both planned maintenance services and responsive support for emergencies and system breakdowns requiring immediate attention.
