Bangor University is currently finalising a business case to request funding from the North Wales Growth Deal to deliver Egni, a new low/zero carbon two-storey development on the M-SParc site in Gaerwen, Anglesey.

The project will provide an additional 40 parking spaces to supplement the existing provision in addition to landscaping a proportion of the site adjacent to the new building. A sub-station is already present on site and will feed the new building. The drainage solution will be developed further in the next phase. The drainage proposal will require approval via SAB, and discharge of a reserved matters planning condition.
