The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a Loyalty Award Scheme whereby in seeking to maintain quality patient care, the UHB is committed to retaining its staff and the recognition of their long term work towards the Health Board. The Health Board acknowledges this commitment by rewarding staff for their contribution with vouchers. A member of staff is required to have been employed for a 20 year or 30 year period in the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and its predecessors. Samples are required for this tender.
