What is being bought
National Hhighways is seeking to procure, operate and maintain a digital geospatial platform that supports Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Security (HSW&S), operational delivery, emergency response, environmental protection, productivity improvement and programme assurance throughout the duration of the Works.
The platform shall provide real-time visibility of personnel, vehicles, plant and equipment and support the proactive identification, management and monitoring of risk through geospatially enabled monitoring, reporting, alerting and data analytics capabilities.
The platform shall have ability to communicate to contractor geo-spatial platforms and shall facilitate programme-wide visibility and information sharing.

The purpose of this supplier briefing session is to: Provide an introduction to the Lower Thames Crossing Project. Present an overview of the proposed requirement and draft scope of works. Provide suppliers with an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to inform the procurement strategy. Participation in this engagement exercise will not form part of any future evaluation process and will not provide any supplier with an advantage in any subsequent procurement.
