Coverage: 5 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This service provides specialist domestic abuse support within refuge and dispersed safe accommodation settings (across a minimum of 28 units). It will offer trauma-informed, person-centred interventions alongside a safe physical space to encourage recovery, independence, and empowerment. Through a step-down and move-on pathway, the service will aim to support victims into longer-term, stable housing, and help victims to thrive in a life free from abuse.
This service will also provide accommodation-based support for victims with complex needs (across an additional minimum of four units), who are often unable to access support in traditional refuge settings.
