Coverage: 4 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought

It is intended the opportunity will be published in late September 2022 with a contract start date of April 2023.
This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and subject to the light-touch regime under Section 7 Social and Other Specific Services. Under Regulation 76 the Council is free to establish a procedure, provided that procedure is sufficient to ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment of economic operators (service providers).
The Council intends to hold a Market Engagement Event in September 2022 to share the upcoming plans for this procurement. Further details including how to register for the event will be published in a subsequent Prior Information Notice.
