    • That they have a background in constructing pavilions on design and build basis
    • Have an annual turnover of at least £5m
    • That they hold professional indemnity insurance of at least £1m
    • Can acquire a performance bond for 10% of the contract value
    • Have offices based within 25 miles of the construction site
    • Show that they have been trading for the last 3 years, by submitting their accounts
