Health Promotion and Wellbeing Activities - Including fitness classes, nutritional advice, wellness workshops, and mental health support tailored to neurodivergent and disabled adults.\n2. Community Engagement and Social Activities - Social clubs, peer-led support groups, and volunteering opportunities to reduce isolation and build social networks.\n3. Support for Independence - Employment workshops, life skills training, and practical support for carers and families.\n4.
