The estimated total value of the contracts is £73,863,724.00. Specifications within the contracts are for out of hospital services such as phlebotomy, ECG, diabetes and are outcomes based. The contracts have been designed to focus on improving clinical outcomes, driving improvements in the consistency of care provision in all GP practices, reduce unwarranted variation in GP, and reduce health and care inequalities.<br/><br/>Note that Hatch End Medical Centre represents only one of the 373 practices, the award value to Hatch End Medical Centre is £50,748.69.
