Lincoln Christ's Hospital School Cleaning Tender

Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School is a fully comprehensive school with nearly 1400 students on roll including 340 in the Sixth Form. Located on the Northern outskirts near Lincoln’s beautiful cathedral, the school works in partnership with fifteen primary schools, ranging from our nearest neighbours in uphill Lincoln and our local estates, to villages as far north as Lea and Marton. LCHS offer a full and diverse curriculum which includes academic and vocational opportunities, including an impressive range of foreign languages, seven different Technology courses and a whole spectrum of sporting opportunities using our all-weather surface, swimming pool, fitness suite, dance studio, sports hall and gymnasium. Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School are seeking cleaning services providers to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning services outside of term time. The contract will be for three years in duration, with the option to extend for a further one period of up to two years and with a commencement date of 1st January 2023. TUPE regulations apply to this contract, which involves the transfer of existing cleaning staff, of which some may members of the Local Government Pension Scheme, requiring arrangements to be made for 'Admitted Body' status with the relevant pension fund.
