This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The total contract value will be £6,507,440 for an initial period of 5 years, commencing 1 October 2025, with the option to extend by a further 5 years.

The Lewisham Assessment and Recovery Centre (LARC) is an assessment centre which provides 24-hour support for some of the borough's highest needs service users. The service is a key contract in the supported housing pathways and Lewisham's homelessness and substance misuse offers.
This notice is placed to set out Lewisham Council's award of contract under the Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime.

Lewisham Council has determined that St Mungo Community Housing Association is the only possible provider as the PSR Direct Award Process C conditions have been met.
