    East Lothian Council is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella and Water Quality. The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works primarily to Public Buildings (although there is a limited amount of Estates, HMO Building’s etc) which include the following: 1. Risk Assessments (including Reassessments). 2. Monitoring Tasks. 3. Inspections. 4. Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks. 5. Analytical Testing. 6. Water Cooler Servicing. 7. Reactive Maintenance. 8. Remedial Works (where necessary). Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This includes an employer’s obligations under National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010.
