Legal services are required to cover the below four core deliverable areas:\n- General and Commercial\n- Property\n- Employment and People\n- Student Focus\nThe procurement process was undertaken in two stages, comprising of Stage 1: Shortlisting Questionnaire, followed by Stage 2: Tender and Award.  Providers successful at Stage 1 were invited to participate in Stage 2.\nThe panel is for the sole use of the University of Lincoln and will run for a an initial period of 3 years from 01st June 2021 to 31st May 2024. There will be an option for the University to extend the Contract by a period of 2 years in yearly increments taking the maximum contract end date to 31st May 2026."

The standstill period provides times for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).",
