The Commissioner (Kent & Medway Clinical Commissioning Group) is aiming to establish a new model for providing IAPT services across the four Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP) footprints within Kent & Medway. This will be based on a Strategic Partner model for each ICP area:

East Kent ICP
Medway & Swale ICP
North Kent ICP
West Kent ICP
