Horstman Defence Systems Ltd, in its capacity as Design Authority, are the sole distributor of certain suspension components and associated items on the AS90, Bulldog, CR2 and Warrior and will only supply to the UK Ministry of Defence. They own the rights to the technical specifications required to undertake the manufacture, testing and supply. Horstman have stated that they are not willing to share this knowledge/expertise with any third party, including the UK Ministry of Defence. Without access to this, the UK Ministry of Defence is not in a position to be able to identify the exact technical requirements for the material or manufacture and as a result, Horstman Defence Systems Ltd are only able to fulfil this Contract. This notice is not a request for expressions of interest so please do not apply to be invited to tender.
