Expression of Interest and Tender Process Expressions of Interest will only be accepted via the Kent Business Portal. Once you have expressed an interest, you will be able to access the Invitation to Tender. Tenders must be received by 12 noon on the 6th December 2021. The anticipated tendering schedule is as follows: Invitation to Tender opens – 07/11/2021 Last date for clarification questions – 26/11/2021 Invitation to tender closes – 06/12/2021, 12 noon Evaluation period – 07/12/2021 – 17/12/2021 Anticipated contract start date – 01/02/2022 Questions and Communication Please direct all questions and communications through the Kent Business Portal via the Discussion facility. Tendering Schedule This Framework will be opened for applications from new entrants every two months. The partner organisations with access to the framework are as follows: — Kent Police, — Kent Fire and Rescue, — National Deaf Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service- Kent, — KMPT (Kent and Medway Partnership Trust), and — Dover District Council. At any time during the term of the framework, any of the following public sector organisations may apply to gain access to the framework: — Medway Council, — any district council Kent, — KCHFT (Kent Community Health Foundation Trust), — NHS England (Kent and Medway) (AKA NHS Commissioning Board), — Kent NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
