Coverage: 90 active published awards; 77 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
In January 2020, the Welsh Government (WG) undertook a pilot International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) Star Rating exercise – choosing the A40 St. Clears to Abergavenny (Hardwick Roundabout) for the pilot. That pilot was successful and the WG now wants to expand this exercise to cover the remainder of its SRN.
The Consultant shall be responsible for everything necessary to complete the Project. The “Project” is to calculate the Star Rating, and develop an Investment Plan of Wales’ SRN – length 1972 km
