Coverage: 12 active published awards; 12 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

We have embedded a strong culture over the years and it is vital that this is maintained. We expect to manage and monitor all aspects of workforce information easily and be able to report on the information we require in different formats, tailored to our desired audience through a variety of formal reports and dashboards. To comply with our Welsh Language standards, we require the system to have online recruitment and employee portal available in both English and Welsh. The length of contract we are looking for will be a minimum of 5 years which will consist of either of the following: 5 years + 1 + 1 or 3 years + 2 + 2 however, please note this is subject to change if / when we go out to tender.
