Coverage: 28 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The London Borough of Sutton has commissioned an Infrastructure Support Service for Charity, Community and Faith Organisations.
Charity, Community and Faith Organisations across the borough play a vital role in supporting vulnerable residents, bringing communities together to make a difference in their local areas, and ultimately ensure Sutton is a place where people from all
backgrounds feel included and get on well together. Maintaining an active and resilient voluntary and community sector is key to delivering on the Council's objectives as set out in the corporate plan, Ambitious for Sutton.
Through working in partnership with Charity, Community and Faith Organisations and supporting them to thrive, The Council can ensure that more residents benefit from involvement in local projects and events, and vulnerable people are supported to address challenges such as social isolation and the rising cost of living.
'Infrastructure services' are a wide range of support for Charity, Community and Faith Organisations delivering a significant amount of social value by supporting such organisations to establish, grow, recruit volunteers and become more financially resilient. These 'infrastructure services' include, but are not limited to, areas such as: Volunteer recruitment; support with governance matters (e.g. support to become a registered charity or community interest company); delivering learning and development opportunities; advocacy; ensuring the needs of Charity, Community and Faith
Organisations are championed as part of local and regional policy making.
The contract is awarded to Community Action Sutton and Volunteer Centre Sutton. The contract was signed retrospectively on the 1 June 2026.
