Individual Placement Services for Birmingham, Solihull and Coventry.

Lot 1 will be delivered within Primary and Community Care settings aligning to multi-disciplinary healthcare teams. The core target referral routes are as follows:

i. Primary care (GPs, practice nurses, other primary care staff members)

ii. Community care (IAPT, pain clinics, and other community health and care services)

iii. Self-referral (web, telephone, in-person)

This involves a further expansion into the West Midlands region adopting the model tested through the recently delivered Randomised Controlled Trial (“Thrive Into Work”) with addition of job retention support. Additional information: Please note that the initial contract period will be for 12 months commencing in July 2021. The contract includes the option to extend for a further 36 months, in 12 month increments at the sole discretion of the Commissioner. The contract value for the initial 12 month period is £758,291.
