Published requirement description

Hampshire County Council has commissioned a new Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Framework to source external foster placements for Children and Young People in Hampshire.

The IFA framework will commence on 1st April 2022 and will be for an initial two year period with options to extend for a further two years. Therefore the maximum potential duration of the framework is four years.

The framework consists of four separate lots:

Lot 1 - Standard Foster Placements including Respite

Lot 2 - Parent & Child Foster Placements

Lot 3 - Complex/Challenging Behaviour Foster Placements

Lot 4 - Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Need Foster Placements
