services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties, but not limited to:
- Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces)
- Pre and post cleaning of void properties
- Carpet cleaning
- Rubbish removal
- Offensive graffiti removal
- Pest control
- Hoarding dispersal
- Needle sweeps
- White goods disposal
There may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but
not limited to:
- Collection and disposal of fly tipping
- Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed
- Minor graffiti removal
- Hazardous waste removal
- Garage site clearances and disposal
- Decanting of resident’s personal effects to CCDC approved management site
