Publisher note: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. There are currently two KPIs (8 and 9) which do not have any measures, however Stonewater may decide to make these measurable over over the term of the contract.
