Household Support Fund

Administration of cash payment vouchers from Haringey Council Household Support Grant is used to support low-income households who require food, fuel, energy bills and other essentials. The provider delivering the Payout cash voucher service will deliver cash payments to Haringey Residents by doing the following: • Enable Haringey to make high volume accessible payments to residents. • Send vouchers in the post, by email or SMS. • Correspondence designed and branded as "Haringey Council." • Easy to set-up and manage. • No minimum or maximum value payment • Transactions will be managed by highly trained people. • Single use vouchers - which cannot be redeemed or cashed twice. • ID checks before making payments. • Ability to cancel and reissue vouchers if we need to • Have effective fraud prevention measures in place.
