Published requirement descriptionSouth London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) want to replace existing hot water calorifiers within the first-floor plant room of Heather Close building and install to latest best practice standards and building regulations. This project involves the supply, (modification of existing installation) installation, testing and commissioning of the below scheduled services - this list is not exhaustive and is provided to give a general understanding of the works only. - Commercial Questionnaire: On a comparative basis with the lowest Tender receiving 100% of the available marks 30.00% x applicable weighting). All other Tenders will be compared against that lowest Tender by applying the calculation lowest price tendered divided by the relevant Tenderer’s price.
- Technical Questionnaire and Social Value Questionnaire: A making methodology of 0-4 will be used to evaluate each scored question in the Technical Questionnaire and Social Value Questionnaire. A mark of 4 will be rated excellent and 0 will be rated unacceptable
