What is being bought
The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework for the delivery of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme.
The HAF Programme provides eligible children and young people with access to enriching activities, physical activity and nutritious food during school holiday periods, in accordance with Department for Education HAF requirements.
The Framework will be divided into four Lots:
Lot 1 - West: Feltham, Hanworth and Bedfont - up to 10 Framework Providers
Lot 2 - Central: Hounslow, Cranford and Heston - up to 9 Framework Providers
Lot 3 - East: Chiswick, Brentford and Isleworth - up to 8 Framework Providers
Lot 4 - SEND: Borough-wide specialist SEND provision - up to 6 Framework Providers
Tenderers may apply for one or more Lots and may be appointed to multiple Lots where they meet the applicable requirements.
The estimated total value of the Framework is £807,200 over the four-year Framework term. Appointment to the Framework does not guarantee any minimum level or value of work.
Services will be commissioned through individual Call-Off Contracts in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement. Call-Offs may be awarded without reopening competition or following a competitive selection process, as provided for within the Framework.
The proposed Framework term is 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031.
