For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>This award was made under an urgent circumstance because Eyecare Mobile Opticians Ltd are our established current HMP GOS Provider and have been for a number of years. We are putting this contract in place now for Contract Compliance purposes. Change in Service right now would result compatibility issues and in technical difficulties.
