Published requirement description

As part of Durham University's long term accommodation strategy, it is proposing to redevelop the site at Leazes Road in the City of Durham to deliver two colleges comprising circa 1,000 self-catered bed spaces and associated facilities, including a shared hub building. The University is seeking a partner that can deliver and operate this exciting project and to work with the University to realise the full development potential of the site.
