Lot 1 is specifically designed for contractors capable of delivering a full range of Domestic, Commercial, Low Carbon, Electrical, Decarbonisation , Retrofit and Water inspection services. Contractors under this lot will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and compliance of various systems within public sector buildings, including but not limited to residential properties, commercial facilities, and low-carbon technology installations. Services may also include electrical and water systems inspections to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards.

This framework is designed to support public sector bodies across a variety of sectors, including government departments, local authorities, healthcare organisations, and educational institutions. The framework will offer flexibility through the selection of CPV codes, regional coverage, and financial capacity, with a total maximum contract value of 90 million GBP across all lots.
