- How the procedure runs: With the new regulations, we are utilising the CompFlex Tender method to integrate a two stage tender. The first stage will encourage bids from all provided mandatory pass fail questions are passed. The top 3 scoring bidders in both lots will be invited to perform presentations. These will be scored, added to the initial scores gained in the bid submission section. The highest overall score of the remaining 3 will win the lot. This applies across both lots.
- No preliminary market engagement: This is a the second iteration of this tender. The previous tender was unsuccessful and so is being reissued, under these new regulations. The previous tender and information received serves as an alternative to a formal preliminary market engagement event of any type.
