What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle procured under the Light Touch Regime set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care for individuals with a learning disability, mental health issue or physical disability who are interested in deregistering their residential homes with the Care Quality Commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. Under the HDPR Hampshire County Council will seek to work in partnership with such organisations in order to facilitate the deregistration process.
The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its 5 year lifespan. The Council has the option to extend this duration for up to a maximum of 5 years at its sole discretion.

For applications submitted post 31st May 2023 when the HDPR is established the Authority will convene an evaluation panel in the last week of every month to evaluate new applications and the results will be communicated during the first week of the subsequent month.
