Coverage: 165 active published awards; 163 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle procured under the Light Touch Regime set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care for individuals with a learning disability, mental health issue or physical disability who are interested in deregistering their residential homes with the Care Quality Commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. Under the HDPR Hampshire County Council will seek to work in partnership with such organisations in order to facilitate the deregistration process. The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its 5 year lifespan. The Council has the option to extend this duration for up to a maximum of 5 years at its sole discretion.
