The two‑day event will be held on the 14th and 15th April 2026. The 14th April at Council Offices in Penrhyndeudraeth, 15th April at YGC Offices in Penrallt, Caernarfon.
They will consist of pre‑booked 1:1 sessions. Each contractor will have an opportunity to:
Discuss proposed Lots, contract types and work order processes
Provide feedback on deliverability, pipelines and capacity
Raise queries on standards, KPIs, social value expectations and insurance requirements
Highlight innovations, efficiencies, and market conditions
Comment on the practicalities of direct award vs mini‑competition
Sessions are confidential and not shared between suppliers.
Following the engagement event, the Councils will:
Refine the Framework documentation (Scope, Lot structure, KPIs, and procurement strategy)
Finalise tender documents and Contract Data
Publish a Contract Notice later in 2026 to commence the formal procurement process
