Coverage: 5 active published awards; 8 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Kingston University is looking to renew its grounds maintenance contract to provide a service to maintain all specified external grounds areas belonging to Kingston University. The contract is to be for three year/s (‘Initial Term’) with an option to extend it for up to 2 further individual years beyond the Initial Term (3 + 1 + 1). This is managed by the KUSCO (Kingston University Services Company) team to maintain the grounds within a green multi site campus where some are very close to the Hogsmill river that brings challenges to the services provider that can conform and perform to the required specification. The University is proud and passionate about the biodiversity and green space within it's London area location where care can be needed with landscaping, arboricultural services and biodiversity care and attention. The Procurement is split into two stages, a PSQ stage and ITP stage. Using some technical and experience questions to be answered in the first stage, the answers will be assessed by an experienced panel that upon agreement shall progress up to six bidders to a secondary tender competition stage that will have the opportunity to win the contract. Please see the enclosed documents, complete and submit via the timeframes suggested in the documentation along with the deadlines set within this e-procurement portal.
