  "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the Avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of expressions of interest to be considered for the \"most suitable provider\". Assessment against the key criteria will occur and period of standstill will apply following an intention to award notice. This contract has not yet formally been awarded, this notice services as an intention to approach under the PSR.<br/><br/>The award decision makers in respect of this process are:<br/>Randeep Bains- General Manager Respiratory Medicine<br/>Theresa Cunnington- Chief Respiratory Physiologist<br/>Jodie Hunt- Service Lead Lung Function & Sleep<br/><br/>Conflicts of Interest Declarations have been received and no conflicts have been identified in respect of this process.<br/><br/>The Authority has proposed the following key criteria for providers to be assessed against:<br/>KC1- Quality and Innovation <br/>KC2- Value<br/>KC3- Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability<br/>KC4- Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities & Facilitating Choice<br/>KC5- Social Value<br/><br/>The rationale for this is based on the requirement for a quality service provision in line with Trust clinical governance, is affordable in the context of the Trust's financial recovery plan and can provide a flexible multi-site service to enable a seamless continuation of care and reduce inequalities of access for patients.<br/><br/>Project Reference: C321610<br/><br/>Providers wishing to be considered for the \"most suitable provider\" should express an interest in this process via the Health Family Single eCommercial System Portal (Atamis).
