The procurement was undertaken as a restricted procedure in accordance with the Utilities Contract Regulations (2016). It was split into two stages of evaluation: a selection questionnaire (SQ) stage; and then an invitation to tender (ITT) stage. This single lot procurement was published on Find a Tender Service (FTS) with the SQ and ITT run through the Delta eSourcing platform. The Contract has been awarded for a duration of 40 months with the contract ending at the NRC date on 31 March 2028.
