Tenderline summary generated from the published notice
Executive Summary: Digital Health & Care Wales: "Google Products & Services Reseller Framework Agreement". Published status: active. Published value: £15,000,000. 1 published lot. Recorded submission deadline: 29 Sept 2026, 12:00 BST. Published submission portal: etenderwales.ukp.app.jaggaer.com.
Official Requirement Description:
Digital Health and Care Wales ("DHCW") on behalf of NHS Wales Organisations has the need to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Google Products and Services through the establishment of a re-seller relationship. The Framework Agreement will support the operation of a cloud first strategy for the hosting and delivery of National Digital Services; whilst also supporting the ongoing use, management and future expansion of Google Cloud Products and Services along with other Google products where requirements may arise throughout the term of the agreement. The establishment of the Framework agreement is also for a Reseller to hold responsibility for the licencing/support, administration, mangement, billing and support of these services upon framework award and commencement.

    Options / extension:
The option to extend for a further two (2) years, exercised in increments of twelve (12) months. DHCW is however under no obligation to exercise the extension options. The extension ensures business continuity whilst NHS Wales continues its transition to Cloud-based services. Including the available extension options will provide service continuity and mitigate the risk of disruption to critical services until a replacement procurement and any subsequent implementation activities have been completed. Providing continuity of services that are delivered as a result of the Google Cloud Platform Framework is essential for DHCW.

Methodology & coverage notes (0 active published awards)
Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.
