The boundary captures the entirety of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough as well as a number of premises in the adjacent Local Authorities; Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Rutland and Suffolk. This Contract concerns the delivery of a gigabit-capable network for an estimated total number of 49,714 premises comprising 41,047 in the initial scope and 8,667 in the deferred scope. BDUK intends to make available £68,646,000 of public funding available for this contract.<br/><br/>The estimated total number of premises indicated above comprises of an Initial Scope for specified premises and a deferred list of premises (“Deferred Scope”) for further specified premises. DCMS shall take such statements into consideration in the event that it receives a request pursuant to the Act which relates to the information provided by the interested party.
