The project is for the provision of annual servicing, day-to-day repairs and emergency repairs (including out of hours emergency repairs) to gas appliances in dwellings and other buildings at various locations in South Oxfordshire and surrounding locations. The project also includes the installation of new and replacement gas heating systems. The Contract term shall initially be 36 months from the start of work however the term may be extended at Soha's absolute discretion by up to a further 24 months.

Bidders will be required to be Gas Safe registered and NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).
- Economic & financial standing
Bidders will be expected to complete the Contracting Authority's Selection Questionnaire (SQ) . The Company is to provide financial information which will beassessed in terms of the following: a) Annual Turnover b) Profitability and profit history c) Strength of balancesheet and liquidity d) Abnormalities or concerns.
Minimum: Bidders annual turnover to be in excess of £6,000,000 per year for the past 3 financial years. - Technical & professional ability
Bidders to respond in full to all questions set out in the Contracting Authority's Selection Questionnaire.
