The further competition is sought to award capacity of approximately 25 beds within the Sheffield area between any number of providers. The advertised value is an estimate inclusive of all extension options beyond the initial award term and for the approximate number of bed spaces to be awarded. The actual value awarded is inclusive of all extension options beyond the initial award term and inclusive of options to purchase additional beds in addition to the awarded number.

Provision of Supported Accommodation services for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16-25 (predominantly 16-18) through the delivery of accessible high-quality, homely accommodation and related support to promote independence. This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. Lot 2 Standard is for the delivery of supported accommodation in group settings with 24/7 onsite staff.

Applicants must offer a minimum of one property/bed per lot applied for that is within 20miles of central Sheffield. All providers who achieve a "pass" for each evaluation stage in accordance with the methodology will be awarded a place on the DPS.
